Does the company need an organisational survey and when?

Advantages and disadvantages of organisational surveys

Why organisational surveys fail?

We recommend a four-step program.

Step one: Use surveys for initial assessments and compare results to norms or desired levels.

Step two: Provide participants with feedback from the assessment and identify the needed changes.

Step three: Make interventions as appropriate. This could be simply interpreting the feedback and coaching the participant, or it may mean recommending a workshop or formal training program. Our surveys can complement your existing development programs.

Step four: Administer surveys to follow-up assessments six months to one year later to determine the effectiveness of the interventions. This provides human resources professionals with information about their own training effectiveness and helps to assess the cost effectiveness of the effort - a long recognized but generally unfulfilled management need.
