DR. ELLEN MARTINS
Co-Director: Organisational Diagnostics
Ellen holds a PhD in Information Science that focuses on identifying organisational and behavioural factors that influence knowledge retention in organisations. She also completed an Advanced Program in Organisational Development (cum laude) at the University of South Africa. She has specialised in the field of organisational diagnosis, organisational culture, knowledge retention and survey software training. She is the author of many organisational diagnosis reports, several articles and chapters in books and has presented papers at national and international conferences. Since 1993 she has participated in more than 400 organisational surveys for several companies in various organisational behaviour and human resources areas.
DR. ADELE DA VEIGA
Specialist Management Consultant
Adele holds a Phd in Information Technology that focuses on the assessment and implementation of information security culture. She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Privacy Professional. She has been involved in various information governance projects focusing on information security policies, training, awareness and culture aspects. She has been engaged with clients across the industry as well as the United Kingdom and Europe. She also has experience in Cobit, general information controls, project and risk management. She has presented papers at numerous conferences and published research in international accredited journals. She is currently the Leader of the Privacy Special Interest Group for the Information Security South Africa Group.
