Culture Survey
Based on a researched cultural model, this questionnaire measures your organisation's existing and ideal culture.
The questionnaire was locally developed for South African circumstances. Organisations can use this instrument for organisational development, team building, cultural change and much more.
 
Climate Survey
The questionnaire assesses an organisation's current state of functioning. The results will enable work groups and management to identify strong and weak dimensions in order to plan and implement actions to improve the functioning of the weaker dimensions. This survey focuses on employees' satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
 
Employment Equity / Diversity Instrument
The questionnaire measures employees' attitudes to the implementation of  affirmative action / employment equity / diversity. The results will enable the organisation's management to identify those processes that will promote employment equity and diversity as well as those that will undermine it.
 
Human Resources Survey                                    
This questionnaire assesses the effectiveness of the different human resources processes as well as the value of this function to the organisation.     
             
Communication Survey
The questionnaire determines your organisation's current state of communication.

The questionnaire provides feedback to management about the various dimensions of customer/client service. The survey can be adapted for specific markets. The purpose of the client service audit is to determine the following:                                                      
º What are the perceptions of employees in the various departments of the services they receive/give ?                                                                
º How effective do customers perceive the services they receive to be in terms of quality, competence, urgency, value added and customer orientation?
                                              
Empowerment Survey
The questionnaire measures the level of empowerment in natural work groups in the organisation. The results from this audit will enable an organisation to identify the obstacles in implementing empowerment.

Emotional competency profiler

The 360º Profiler focuses on the two main areas of emotional intelligence, namely personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The focus is on the identification of individual strengths and weaknesses to enable you to capitalise on your strengths and weaknesses and improve in the areas that might prevent you from achieving your full potential.

The questionnaire evaluates the many skills needed for effective team operation.
