Climate Survey
What does the questionnaire measure?The questionnaire assesses an organisation's current state of functioning. The results will enable work groups and management to identify strong and weak dimensions in order to plan and implement actions to improve the functioning of the weaker dimensions. This survey focuses on employees' satisfaction / dissatisfaction.
