Trust AuditOne of the factors of great concern facing most employers today is the loss of employee loyalty and the widening of the trust gap between employers and their employees. This global phenomenon, magnified in South Africa due to social changes, and Employment Equity interventions necessary to bring about these changes, is having serious financial effects on many South African organisations. It has now become vitally important for organisations to establish the extent of internal trust relationships and to make special efforts to close the trust gap, where necessary. The instrument was developed after intensive research in 30+ companies and 10 000 participants.
