Welcome to the home of Organisational Diagnostics "OD". Our services have been refined over the past 20 years to assist organisations in a continuously changing environment to improve their organisational effectiveness.

We are professionals assisting companies in Organisational Diagnosis, Training, Survey Software and Consulting in industrial and organisational psychology with specialists in information governance.

Our firm was established in 1992 and we have participated in more than 400 survey projects of which many were customised to clients' specific needs. Our team consists of expert consultants all qualified Doctors in their specialist fields. We have worked with clients across various industries worldwide. We are B-BBEE registered and also partner with our strategic alliances if needed.

Our philosophy is based on the recognition that we are living in a changing world. Organisations are faced with uncertainty of new ventures and have to position themselves continuously to the changing environment. Our mission is to improve organisational effectiveness through a four-step development process, namely organisational assessment, feedback, interventions and follow-up assessment.
